In my senior thesis project, I conceptualized, designed, and developed a groundbreaking mobile application catered exclusively to college students, aiming to increase their culinary exploration. Inspired by the desire to foster a vibrant local dining scene, I created an app that allows students to discover and engage with new local restaurants in an interactive and rewarding way. Within the app, students can effortlessly explore a wide range of eateries, browse diverse cuisines, and access comprehensive information, including menus, hours, and user-generated reviews. Moreover, the app incentivizes students by offering exclusive rewards, promotions, and discounts, encouraging them to try new places and share their experiences within the student community. By providing a dedicated platform for student voices, my thesis project seeks to enhance their dining adventures while fostering a sense of connection and community with local restaurant owners.
